2023 RISCC Management Symposium
Join the Northeast Regional Invasive Species and Climate Change (RISCC) Management network for our 6th annual symposium, taking place virtually via Zoom on February 14-15th from 11am-3:30pm (Eastern). The RISCC management symposium brings together natural resource managers, scientists, and the invasive species community to discuss challenges and solutions to managing habitats dually impacted by invasive species and climate change. Below is this year's lineup of topics and events at a glance:

- Opening keynote: Climate change and invasions, evasions, and expansions (oh my!) presented by Cascade Sorte (2/14, 11am)
- Presentation sessions: emerging detection tools, forest invasives & climate change, RISCC lightning talks
- Themed networking breakouts: terrestrial plants, terrestrial pests, aquatic invasives, marine invasives, and more
- Interactive panel discussions and workshops: practitioner lessons learned in building resiliency, assisted migration, culturally important resources
