Join our nutrition educator, Kimberly, for a series of classes to learn about both the "why" of eating healthy and the "how". In each class you can choose to cook-along and prepare something for dinner that night.
Each recipe will be easy to prepare using typical kitchen tools.
The recipes will be shared about a week in advance so you'll have plenty of time to purchase ingredients and gather equipment. Companion recipes will also be sent. The recipes generally make 4-6 servings.
PLEASE NOTE: The companion recipes will NOT be part of the cook-along.
